Refund policy

You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged Product : If any physical NESTA TOYS product arrives damaged during shipping, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order at robotics@nestatoys.com.
Include:
  1. Your order details
  2. Clear photos of the damage
Our team will guide you through the return process and help arrange either a refund or a replacement whichever works best for you.

2. Purchase Error : If an error occurs on our end such as receiving an incorrect product, wrong quantity, or a billing issue you are fully entitled to a refund. Simply contact us within 7 days and we’ll resolve it promptly.

3. Order Cancellation or Changes : If a purchase needs to be canceled or if any change occurs on our side such as pricing updates or product availability adjustments- you may request a refund. Notify us as soon as possible at robotics@nestatoys.in and we’ll help you through the process.
