Subscription Policy (For Software Plans)

Our subscription plans are built to give learners continuous access to the full CYFI experience from tutorials and block-based coding to real-time simulations and every new feature we release. This policy explains how your subscription is billed, renewed, managed, and cancelled so you always know what to expect.

Subscription Access

Your subscription grants access to the following CYFI platform features:
  • Step-by-step interactive tutorials
  • Block-based coding environment
  • Real-time robotics simulator
  • Hardware configuration support for CYFI sensors, motors, and RJ11-based connections
  • Regular content updates, new lessons, and software improvements
  • Subscription access activates immediately after a successful payment.

Billing & Renewal

  • We offer subscription plans on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.
  • All plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle so your learning experience isn’t interrupted.
  • Renewal payments are automatically billed to the payment method you used during signup.
  • If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll automatically try again. If it still doesn’t succeed, your access may be temporarily paused until the payment is completed.

Plan Changes

You’re free to switch plans whenever you like:
  • Upgrades begin instantly, and you’re only billed for the extra amount based on the days left in your existing plan.
  • When you switch to a lower plan, the change will apply from the next renewal date.
  • All plan changes can be managed directly from your account dashboard.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time:
  • After cancellation, you’ll still have access until your current billing period ends.
  • We don’t offer partial refunds for unused time within an active billing cycle.
  • When your billing period ends, your premium access will stop, and your account will switch to the free/basic version (if available).

Refunds

Refunds for subscriptions are typically not provided except under the following circumstances:
  • Duplicate or accidental charges directly attributable to our system
  • Payment errors where access was not granted despite successful billing
  • All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date and must include your payment details and a brief description of the issue.

Account Responsibilities

To ensure uninterrupted service, please:
  • Maintain updated billing information
  • Use an active email so you don’t miss important updates or renewal reminders.
  • Make sure that login credentials are kept confidential
  • CYFI isn’t responsible if you lose access because your account details were incorrect.

Software Updates & Feature Enhancements

Your subscription includes ongoing improvements to the platform, such as:
  • New tutorials and learning modules
  • Updated coding blocks
  • Enhanced robotics simulation with improved physics
  • Optimizations for plug-and-play hardware compatibility (sensors, motors, RJ11 connections)
  • Updates may be released periodically without prior notice.

Fair Usage

To maintain platform performance, CYFI may limit activities that impact system stability, such as automated usage, excessive concurrent sessions, or attempts to interfere with platform functions.
